1. Use of the Website

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
1.2. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with servers, or engage in unauthorized access.
1.3. All information you provide during checkout must be accurate and complete.

2. Custom Artwork & User-Uploaded Content

2.1. You are solely responsible for any images, artwork, text, photos, or files you upload to our website.
2.2. By uploading content, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content OR
  • You have explicit permission to use it.

2.3. We are not responsible for copyright violations caused by user-uploaded artwork.
2.4. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to print, modify for production (e.g., sizing, formatting), and deliver the final product.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or request printing of content that is:

  • Copyrighted without permission
  • Trademarked or branded without authorization
  • Illegal, harmful, violent, discriminatory, or explicit
  • Deepfakes of real individuals without consent

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Product Colors, Materials & Print Quality

4.1. Colors may vary slightly from screen to final print due to:

  • Monitor/screen brightness
  • Material differences
  • Printing process limitations

4.2. We do not guarantee 100% identical color matching.
4.3. For custom items, slight variations in print alignment, color tone, or material texture are normal and not considered defects.

5. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

5.1. Estimated production times are listed on the website but may vary depending on order volume, supply availability, and holidays.
5.2. Rush orders may incur additional fees.
5.3. Once an order goes into “Production,” changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
6.3. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is handed to the carrier.
6.4. If a package is lost, we may assist with filing a claim, but replacement decisions are at our discretion.

7. Refunds, Returns & Replacement Policy

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final, except in the following situations:

7.1. Eligible for Replacement

  • Item arrived damaged
  • Major print defects
  • Wrong item received
  • Severe shipping damage (proof required)

7.2. Not Eligible for Refund

  • Customer uploaded low-quality (blurry/pixelated) images
  • Slight color variations
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Customer changed mind after printing started
  • Shipping delays by carrier

7.3. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, with photos or videos as evidence.
7.4. If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost.

8. Pricing & Payment

8.1. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
8.2. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.
8.3. We may use third-party payment processors (Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.), and you agree to comply with their terms.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1. All designs, templates, product images, website content, branding, and marketing materials created by IPrintForU are owned by us.
9.2. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute any of our designs without written permission.
9.3. Uploading your own photos does not give you rights to our site layout, product mockups, or templates.

10. Copyright Concerns

10.2. We will review and remove infringing material if verified.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by user-uploaded content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold iprintforu and its owners, and employees harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Your uploaded content
  • Copyright/trademark disputes
  • Misuse of the product
  • Breach of these Terms
