- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Incorrect address
- Weather delays
- Customs holds
- Peak holiday seasons
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows Delivered, we are not responsible for theft.
If it is lost in transit, we will help file a claim.
5. Wrong Address
If the customer enters an incorrect address, they are responsible for replacement and reshipping fees.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
