Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: 10/28/2025
Because all our products are custom-made, all sales are final. However, we offer replacements for eligible issues.
1. Refund Eligibility
We replace items ONLY if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The print has serious defects
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item was severely damaged during delivery
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Customer uploaded low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images
- Slight color differences
- Slight size or alignment variations
- Wrong size chosen by customer
- Shipping delays
- Order already in production
- Buyer’s remorse / changed mind
3. Custom Products
All personalized and custom products are non-returnable unless defective.
4. Process for Replacement
Email info@iprintforu.com with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Description of the problem
If approved, we send a replacement free of charge.
