Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: 10/28/2025

Because all our products are custom-made, all sales are final. However, we offer replacements for eligible issues.


1. Refund Eligibility

We replace items ONLY if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The print has serious defects
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item was severely damaged during delivery

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Customer uploaded low-resolution, blurry, or pixelated images
  • Slight color differences
  • Slight size or alignment variations
  • Wrong size chosen by customer
  • Shipping delays
  • Order already in production
  • Buyer’s remorse / changed mind

3. Custom Products

All personalized and custom products are non-returnable unless defective.


4. Process for Replacement

Email info@iprintforu.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If approved, we send a replacement free of charge.
